In some of the most unforgiving places on the earth where natural disasters, famine, disease and political instability have devastated developing communities. Advocate is working towards restoration through Shelter.

A recent study published by US Agency for International Development (USAID) found that "investments in shelter assistance generate "income multiplier" impacts, conservatively estimated at three to eight times the value of the investments." The study also concluded there is, "a higher productivity of persons living in adequate shelters compared to those without..."

A simple investment towards one of Advocate Habitation's shelters can provide hope in disaster, while generating beneficial economic impacts [to nations] which are significant, rapid and sustainable.

Ways You Can Help

Pray
Pray for the people who are displaced and in vital need of shelter. Thank God for opening doors and providing resources for Advocate Habitation, as we spread the love of God through our transitional shelters. Pray for the wisdom our Board of Directors as we make decisions vital for this mission.

Fund the AH Engineering Project
Maybe you have a passion for engineering? Design and development is paramount the shelters put into the field. As natural disasters affect countries, Advocate Habitation continues to design our shelters. We are looking for financial partners who see the value of shelters humanity
worldwide.

Equip a Missionary
As part of our logistics of taking shelters to displaced. Advocate is growing an infrastructure to meet the demand of field assessments as well as strengthen collaborative partnerships. A simple gift can help support an AH staff member.
